I started at the age of 12 as a means to protect myself from bullies. I was the smallest kid and one of the only black kids around so I would be picked on a lot until I began training. I started off lifting and moving landscaping materials around our yard and checking out books from the library and finding anyone I could who would practice lifting, calisthenics or Martial Arts with me. This has given me a wide range of knowledge and a keen ability to see how things tie together. I’ve kept this highly adaptable style of training and continue to have great success toward every endeavor.
