With Halloween only a little over a week away here is a delicious recipe to help with all the candy cravings that is still good for you!!!
Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie:
1/2 frozen banana
1/3 cup pumpkin puree,
1/3 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
1 Scoop of Protein of your choice
If desired add a few shakes of pumpkin pie spice
4-5 ice cubes
